• provision of nominee secretary (Under the Companies  Act, Cap. 50, a company is required to appoint a natural person who has his/her principal place of residence in Singapore)
• provision of nominee director (A company shall have at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore)
• provision of registered office address (A company is required to have a registered office within Singapore)
